WHY FOLLOW A WHEAT FREE DIET?
There are a number of reasons for choosing a wheat free diet, the most common being due to a wheat intolerance or wheat allergy. This is slightly different to a Coeliac diet which requires avoiding all gluten, not just wheat and wheat flour.
